As a truly independently owned business we are now enjoying our 12th and most exciting year since we were established and would like to thank our clients both past and present for their continued support and recommendations.

Alan Carr’s philosophy has always been based on traditional old fashioned values, with a genuine desire to provide each client with an unparalleled professional service tailored to meet their own individual needs.

Alan Carr F.N.A.E.A, Lynda Campling, M.N.A.E.A, and Susan Holliday live locally and have worked closely together to reinforce core values and accumulate a wealth of local knowledge. This, together with Alan’s 28 years and Lynda’s 12 years agency experience provides two essential ingredients of a successful estate agency.

In 2003 Francis Williams F.N.A.E.A joined Carr’s of Ascot bringing 25 years experience in all aspects of residential agency. This appointment was largely due to the increasing demands of a successful business and the need to enhance service standards as Carr’s of Ascot continued to expand their client base.

Jane Williams has launched our residential lettings department and has worked for over 20 years in the financial and property management sectors. Jane understands that caring for your home is paramount, ensuring that the quality and integrity of our tenants will match the quality of your property. Jane is assited by Clive Mason, who has over 25 years' of experience in providing accommodation in the UK and abroad.

Carr’s of Ascot Estate Agent is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents, the industry's governing body and the National Homelink Network, one of the largest referral networks in the UK. Alan Carr has himself been highly involved with both of these, having represented the Berkshire Branch in past years. All of these bodies promote professional ethics within the industry and Carr’s of Ascot is therefore proud to have such a close working association with them.
