LANDLORD FEES

Tenant find service = 8% plus VAT of the annual rent

Rent collection service = 10% plus VAT of the monthly rent

Fully managed = 12% plus VAT of the monthly rent

Ad-hoc Inspection = £55 plus VAT (inc in fully managed)

Additional fees will be required for inventories and check ins, fees are property dependant. Prices can be given on request.
