In addition, by renting one of our managed properties, you will have the support of a dedicated contact, based in Ascot, who personally knows the property. You can also report any maintenance issues online via a secure log in. We will accompany you on all viewings and your dedicated contact will guide you through the entire process.

TENANT FEES

Tenancy administration fee = £149 per person plus £100 per person for each additional tenant

Check out fee = £105 (payable when you exit)
